Our success

A professional and dedicated team, combined with the state-of-the-art technical equipment of the clinic, is a guarantee of high success in the number of pregnancies achieved.

85-100%

fertilization of eggs

Thanks to our experienced embryologists, who are able to select quality sperm for the ICSI method, we achieve 85-100% egg fertilization. Due to the successful fertilization, the emergence of a larger number of embryos, we have a higher chance of successfully selecting suitable embryos for transfer, and consequently excess quality embryos for freezing for use in further transfer.

In order to ensure the best possible success of IVF treatment, we pay attention to quality stimulation of patients and donors. Thanks to state-of-the-art technologies, embryological micromanipulations, egg fertilization and subsequent cultivation of the resulting embryos are under a continuous control system.

Our couples are regularly informed about the development of their embryos. Thanks to continuous monitoring of embryos and cultivation of embryos until the fifth day, we try to get as close as possible to the physiological conditions of the embryo, and thus achieve high success in the treatment that ends with the birth of a healthy child.

58%

success of own IVF cycles

The success rate of IVF treatment from one’s own germ cells (eggs and sperm) in our clinic ranges from 36% for women between the ages of 37 and 40 to 58% for women under the age of 37.

Infertility treatment in women over 40 years of age with their own germ cells (eggs) is no longer recommended due to the high incidence of chromosomal defects. After the age of 40, it is possible to design a treatment program with donated oocytes.

67%

success in the donor program

In the fresh cycle donor program for our patients, we achieve 67% success in treatment. All results are determined on the basis of a confirmed pregnancy on ultrasound, so it is a clinical pregnancy, not a chemical one (positive urine test).

In the following graph, we have a donor program divided according to whether it is a treatment with donated eggs (OD) or with donated sperm – donated embryo (DE). The age of treated women is divided into three categories: under 40 (<40), from 40 to 45 (≤ 45) and over 45 (> 45). 90% of all donor cycles were monitored by continuous embryo monitoring using the EMBRYOSCOPE instrument. Thanks to the continuous monitoring of embryos, we have improved the selection of the best embryos, increased the success of IVF and thus ranked among the clinics with the best results in Europe.

Thanks to the quality preparation of donors in the donor program and the gain of a sufficient number of quality eggs for recipients, we frozen other high-quality embryos in 71% of IVF cycles with donated eggs (OD). In the donation program for donated eggs and sperm to produce a donated embryo (DE), we froze at least two more embryos in 100% of the cycles.

53%

success in the CRYO donor program

The success rate in the CRYO donation program in the transfer of two donated embryos (2 DE) was 53%, and in the transfer of one donated embryo (1 DE) 47%. The donated embryos were created specifically for the donor program.

All were selected and frozen based on flawless development, which was checked during cultivation by continuous embryo monitoring on an EMBRYOSCOPE instrument. All embryos are frozen after five days of blastocyst cultivation. All results in the KRYO donor program are determined on the basis of a confirmed ultrasound pregnancy, so it is a clinical pregnancy, not a chemical one (positive urine test).
