Sanakin®

A New approach to supporting fertility with autologous serum

ACRS – Autologous Conditioned Serum Rich in Cytokines

What is the role of the Sanakin® method?

Preparing the uterine lining before the implantation of a healthy embryo to facilitate successful implantation and pregnancy.

Sanakin® (ACRS) serum contains cytokines that are essential for optimizing reproductive functions, reducing inflammation, and enhancing the success of IVF procedures.

What is Sanakin® serum?

  • Sanakin® (ACRS) serum is an Autologous Conditioned Serum, rich in cytokines, obtained from the patient’s blood using the Sanakin® method.
  • A unique feature of the Sanakin® (ACRS) method is the enhancement of the serum’s natural healing properties by increasing cytokine levels.
  • Unlike other treatments, Sanakin® (ACRS) serum contains biologically active proteins, known as anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors, which are already multiplied before the serum is applied to the tissue.
  • Sanakin® (ACRS) serum has strong anti-inflammatory and regenerative effects, supporting the success of IVF procedures.

When is Sanakin® (ACRS) serum recommended?

Sanakin® (ACRS) serum is recommended in IVF treatment for:

Repeated unsuccessful embryo transfers, persistently thin endometrial lining (the inner layer of the uterus), and chronic uterine inflammation.
In these cases, Sanakin® serum is applied directly to the uterine cavity to improve the endometrial lining.

Premature ovarian insufficiency or loss of ovarian function.
In these cases, Sanakin® serum is applied directly into the ovaries.

Preparation and Administration of the Serum

Treatment Process:

  • Consultation
An initial consultation and examination are required before starting therapy.
  • Blood Collection
Blood is drawn from the patient’s vein.
  • Blood Incubation
The blood is incubated to stimulate an overproduction of anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors.
The incubation lasts 3 hours at 37°C
    – during this time, the blood comes into contact with glass beads inside the Sanakin® test tube, stimulating blood cells to produce an increased number of cytokines (anti-inflammatory interleukins and growth factors).
  • Application of Sanakin® (ACRS) Serum
The serum is applied directly where needed, either into the ovaries or into the uterine cavity.
